LaNita passed away from congestive heart failure in Apple Valley, CA, where she was living with her husband, Fred and her stepson, Dave and daughter, Dawn.
She was born April 20, 1927 in Enterprise, OR to Jesse and Hazel Warnock and lived the first part of her life at Imnaha. She married Orlan Teel in 1945. They divorced in 1959. She married Fred Flowers on October 2, 1959. They bought the garage at Imnaha from her father and added a café. In 1970, they sold the business and managed Golden Poles Chalet in Government Camp, OR. In 1989, they retired to become the caregivers of LaNita’s mother, Hazel.
LaNita enjoyed putting all her photos and family history on the computer.
Her ashes will be taken to her maternal Grandparents’, Todd and Lilly Maxwell, old ranch on Crow Creek where she spent many happy summers. Condolences may be sent to Fred at 10767 Joshua Rd., Apple Valley, CA 92308
